We had two windows and door fitted. It was meant to take eight weeks. It took them over 52 weeks to do this...a whole year ...and still left work to be done !! From lies from the sales person, to installers not turning up, to incorrect size door being too short, and then being lied again too and said it was correct, it just needed a bigger upstand to close the gap as that is normal!! Meaning you had to step over about 10 to 15cm cm to walk out the door !! I contacted the fabricator of the aluminium door, who said you don't need such a large up stand, they sent technical drawings to prove Anglians dishonesty. Just a miserable experience with this branch from start to finish. Save yourself stress and use a local independent from checkatrade who has good reviews, it will be a much better experience. Just avoid avoid avoid avoid ......
